- Special Launch Event Countdown: Beginning at 5:25 PM, featuring the Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient - Honorable Lili Bosse. This is a show stopping moment not to be missed!
- Location: El Rodeo Elementary School Auditorium
- Address: 605 Whittier Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210
- Parking: Please refer to the map below for parking instructions.
- Please enter the property using the newly established Whittier Drive north gate closest to Trenton Drive.
- We highly encourage ride-sharing to ensure everyone can enjoy the evening to the fullest.
- Attire: Red business chic attire or with a splash of red.
- Check-In: Opens at 5:00 PM
- Event Conclusion: Anticipated at 8:00 PM
- Refreshments: Light refreshments will be available upon arrival.
- Children and non-student volunteers: Regrettably, they are not permitted at this event.

You will be among the first in our BHUSD community to Take a Seat and leave your legacy by purchasing a seat naming to be engraved on a gold plaque for a decade. Seat namings are available to purchase for $1500 in the auditoriums of Beverly Vista Middle School, El Rodeo Elementary School, and Horace Mann Elementary School.
With your seat naming purchase, you'll also get access to a 30-minute private group tour of El Rodeo Elementary School's campus for one night only, immediately following the event.
